The Bristol Wing operates a 24-hour front desk and provides secure key card access throughout the building. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, a shared lounge with TV, and laundry facilities. The hostel has emergency cords in bathrooms, lower sinks, raised toilets, and grab rails in accessible rooms.

The building is a former police station with a historic 1920s lift still in operation. Outdoor activities such as kayaking, canoeing, and scuba diving can be arranged in the surrounding area.
